Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Product Condition: Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return Method: Returns must be shipped back to us by mail.
- Return Label: A free return label is included in the package for your convenience.
- Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returns.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Manufacturer’s Guarantee: TateWatch offers a 9-month warranty from the purchase date against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. This guarantee doesn’t cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or deliberate misuse. TateWatch will repair or replace the product at its expense. In case of a defective product, TateWatch will replace it with a new one. Refunds aren’t issued under the manufacturer’s guarantee, only replacements or repairs.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Use the return label included in your package to send the item back to us.
Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
